SYMPTOMS
========

Micrografx Charisma version 3.0 for Windows (July 22, 1992 release)
has the following problems when run under Windows NT:

 - Charisma can't render a picture in clipboard format when you choose
   Paste.

 - Insert Object in Charisma fails.

 - Object linking and embedding (OLE) does not work.

 - Charisma doesn't import .PCT files.

 - The Charisma logo disappears from the installation screen when you
   minimize and then restore the setup application.

CAUSE
=====

The first three problems noted above occur because Charisma uses
16-bit drivers to perform these functions--Windows NT does not support
16-bit drivers.

The last two problems are independent of the operating system and
occur under all version of Windows.
