Introduction
------------
Puffer is a password-based data file and e-mail encryption utility for
Windows. Keep your personal, business, and electronic transmitted data
private. Puffer uses the highly rated Blowfish algorithm for fast,
secure encryption and the Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) for key generation.
Three output formats are supported including binary, self-extracting
executables, and 7-bit text for Internet e-mail. The shareware version
uses a 32-bit encryption key while the registered version (U.S./Canada)
uses the more secure 160-bit key. Puffer also provides a three-pass,
secure file wipe feature for disposing of original (plaintext) files.

Version 1.0b adds an "All" button to the file selection dialog box and
also prevents duplicate files from being encrypted.
