Reduced the default number of sectors from 2000 to 125.

The clock was off on my computer during a previous compile causing
the DOS filename to be Sept. 10. Please erase those file before
extracting the new .TPG and .TXT files.

Fixed a ton of spelling errors. Left a few in on purpose just to see
who notices. Send me e-mail if you want to know if the one you find
is one left in on purpose of not.

Anyone with PRIV 254 or 255 can call the editor from within StarQuest
so that you only need one menu entry. This is a one-way call and you
   can't return to SQ.

Put the bottom boarder on the main screen. It always bothered me that
it wasn't there. The changes make the screen redraws quicker as well.

Fixed a few places where the code was slow.

When changing alias, the boarder was being over written.

Credits won/lost weren't undated if caller dropped carrier in the
Casino. Should be some interesting howls from those who had
discovered they could hang up and avoid losing credits.

Added Black Jack to the Casino.

Craps permitted player to win the entire pot even if they only bet
one credit. Now they can only win the amount of their bet. Expect
more howls from your high scorers!

Users are only permitted to play each game once per visit to a Star
Base. They can warp away and wary back but just repeated landings or
   repeated playing won't work.

Frequently, Kyperthian Crystals would "hang" and not pick a new
crystal thus allowing a caller to continue to win (or lose) by simply
placing the same bet until the 80 crystals were dealt.

Reduced the odds of winning the big jackpot in Lotto. Most people
will win 100 or 200 credits. If my probability math isn't too rusty,
on average, players would win 7,600 credits for each bet of only 100
credits. In most lotteries, the odds would be that the average bet
would will less than the amount bet. Even with the new logic the
payoff is negative for the casino. (Players will, on average,
recover their 100 credit bet plus over 20 credits.)

All of the changes to the Casino are designed to make it harder to
win credits than to earn them by playing the game. Still should be
enough there to make it interesting but; hopefully, the changes will
stop some of the rift-raft from always hanging out in the Casino.
While it initially might seem nice to let players run up vast sums,
it tends to make players hang out at the Starbases. If a novice trys
the game, they don't stand a chance against player who have vast
fortune in Casino winnings. I'd like feedback from you and your users
   on this.

TDBS v1.0 and v1.1 are no longer supported. You must have v1.2 or
   higher.

Non-ANSI callers are no longer supported. They really haven't been
for some time in significant portions of the game, this just makes it
   official.
