introduction of a North American Dealer Program for its critically
acclaimed product - SuperTime version 1.1. SuperTime is a comprehensive
product that automates and organizes the daily activities of an entire
LAN-connected office. It began shipping in April 1991.

SuperTime Inc. will be signing up a limited number of Gold and Authorized
Dealers over the next several months in order to maximize penetration of
SuperTime into several key markets.

innovative product evaluation program. Dealer Training Sessions and
Conferences will be held in various locations in the U.S. and Canada
throughout the year.

Dealers signing on with SuperTime will also be given access to exclusive
Technical Support Lines, and receive a quarterly technical bulletin to
keep them up-to-date on SuperTime version 1.2 and any subsequent
releases.
