Opinion and conflict
====================

        One of the important features of the LAN hypertext is that many
        different people can put their minds together in assembling
        personal observations and understandings into a communal hypertext
        knowledge system. In such systems with many text-entry
        participates, community standards for format, links, and
        relationships are important for maintaining a uniform appearance.

        However, differences in opinion often occur. Here's my solution:

EXAMPLE Differing Views of the Moon
=======
                The moon is RED .................... <jump>
                The moon is BLUE ................... <jump>
                The moon is made of GREEN cheese ... <jump>
                The COW jumped over the moon ....... <jump>
                OTHER opinions .....................  <jump>

        SUMMARY: If consensus viewpoints are not possible, make access to
        each opinion equally available to help users understand the various
        commonalities and boundaries within each of the contained opinions.
