 @X0FIf using Markmail the first time you'll have no conferences selected. You @X0D
 @X0Fmust [@X0BS@X0F]elect conferences you want messages from. When using the [@X0BS@X0F]elect @X0D
 @X0Fconferences option you're provided a list of the first thirty conferences @X0D
 @X0Fon the bbs. To select a conference simply enter its number. If you press @X0D
 @X0F<enter> alone Markmail will display the NEXT 30 conferences. If you enter @X0D
 @X0Fa number that is not being displayed, Markmail will automatically display @X0D
 @X0Fa new page of conferences containing the number you had entered. @X0D
 @X0FWhen you choose a conference, Markmail displays a sub menu like this one: @X0D
      @X0FSelected Conference: @X0Bxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx     @X0FCurrently: @X0BNot Selected     @X0D
        @X0FHigh Message Number: @X0Bxxxxx    @X0FSelect [@X0BN@X0F]one, [@X0BA@X0F]ll, [@X0BY@X0F]our,        @X0D
          @X0FLast Read Pointer: @X0Bxxxxx    @X0For [@X0BYA@X0F] for Yours and TO: ALL ?      @X0D

 @X0FYou then choose one of the four options based on how much mail you wish @X0D
 @X0Fto extract out of this conference. Here are the four options in detail: @X0D
      @X0F[@X0BN@X0F]one - Deselects this conference, removes it from your list @X0D
      @X0F[@X0BA@X0F]ll - Tells Markmail to extract ALL messages @X0D
      @X0F[@X0BY@X0F]our - Extracts only messages sent to YOU @X0D
      @X0F[@X0BYA@X0F] - Extracts messages only to YOU and to ALL @X0D

 @X0FWhen you enter @X0BN A Y @X0For @X0BYA@X0F, Markmail displays the submenu shown here:     @X0D
       @X0FHigh Message Number: @X0Bxxxxx          @X0FInput New Pointer               @X0D
         @X0FLast Read Pointer: @X0Bxxxxx @X0For [Enter] for no change? @X0D

 @X0FMarkmail displays the high message in the conference and the last message @X0D
 @X0Fyou have read in the conference, and asks for a new pointer. By default, @X0D
 @X0FMarkmail leaves your pointer alone, and extracts all mail since then. If @X0D
 @X0Fyou want less mail enter a number higher than the current pointer. If you @X0D
 @X0Fwant more, enter a number lower than your current pointer. CAUTION should @X0D
 @X0Fbe used when picking pointers. If you haven't read mail in the conference @X0D
 @X0Fbefore now, or have not read any messages in a while, Markmail is likely @X0D
 @X0Fto extract an large number of messages from this conference. A good rule @X0D
 @X0Fof thumb is to set your pointer to the high message number minus 100. @X0D
