NETWORKS EXPO TO PREMIERE IN SAN FRANCISCO
Networking Trade Show to Fill Void Created by Interop's Departure

(Fort Lee, NJ, May 12) -- Networks Expo, the world's leading exposition and
conference devoted solely to network computing, will make its West Coast
premiere in San Francisco's Moscone Center, April 19-21, 1994, announced
Ralph Ianuzzi Jr., president of Bruno Blenheim, Inc. (BBI).

The new event joins Networks Expo Boston and Networks Expo Dallas in 1994,
when Bruno Blenheim's networking shows, formerly called NetWorld, will be
presented annually under their new name. The 1994 dates for Networks Expo
in Boston are February 15-17, and September 20-22, in Dallas.

"Our West Coast show will fill a major market void created by the hasty
move of Interop to tertiary cities next year," said Mr. Ianuzzi. "After
many years of investing huge amounts of time and money to develop and
serve this extremely viable region, it is inconceivable to us that
exhibitors would abandon San Francisco. In addition, independent research
proves that a vast majority of loyal attendees prefer to go to the same
venue year after year. The same rules of patronage will apply to Networks
Expo in Moscone Center."

The decision to create a West Coast Networks Expo was made following
discussions with exhibitors who expressed a keen desire to maintain their
customer relationships on the West Coast. "By producing Networks EXPO in
Moscone Center, Bruno Blenheim will offer the industry three major
networking events in the Boston, Dallas and San Francisco business
markets," said Mr. Ianuzzi.

Networks Expo in San Francisco will be a replica of the shows in Boston and
Dallas complete with the ShowNet system, and a full conference program on
networking business solutions, interoperability, LANs and enterprise
networking.

With the addition of the San Francisco networking event, Blenheim
solidifies its trade show reach to encompass the most populated and
lucrative markets in the U.S. "Exhibitors have a virtual one-stop shopping
opportunity to reach corporate volume buyers of IT business solutions at
all of our shows," added Mr. Ianuzzi.

The three American networking exhibitions are pan of Blenheim's worldwide
group of shows appearing under the Networks brand name and include the
largest computer networking events in the United Kingdom, France, Germany,
Switzerland, Sweden and Denmark.

Blenheim Group is the world's largest producer of computer related trade
shows with more than 32 international information technology events in its
portfolio. Its worldwide computer events annually attract more than
600,000 volume buyers and resellers. In addition to the Networks Expo
(formerly NetWorld) events, Blenheim in the U.S. also produces the PC EXPO
shows and UNIX EXPO.
