ACCOLADE'S BUBSY BOBCAT TO STAR IN ANIMATED TELEVISION SPECIAL

SAN JOSE, Calif., May 18, 1993 -- "Bubsy Bobcat," Accolade's newest video
game star, will enter the television arena with an all-new animated
special to air in Bohbot Entertainment's syndicated "Kid's Day Off' block
over the Thanksgiving Day Weekend in 1993.

Accolade, together with Imagination Factory, Inc., and Calico
Entertainment, will create and produce the half-hour animated special
featuring "Bubsy Bobcat". Tom Burton, Emmy award winning president of the
animation production company, Calico Entertainment, Stanford Blum, award
winning producer/director and president of Imagination Factory, Inc., and
John A.S. Skeel, executive producer at Accolade will be the producers of
this special.

Both Burton and Blum, realizing that "Bubsy Bobcat" had a broad demographic
appeal, knew the character would be funny to all audiences and all
generations.

"Bubsy Bobcat" is the best character I have seen in years. Knowing that he
will be the next decade's 'toon' star, I pursued the rights to make Bubsy
the next major character in the market place," said Blum.

"Bubsy is a fast talking, over-confident hero, and the pilot episode 'What
Could Possibly Go Wrong?' is a combination of classic slapstick animation
comedy and utilizes various animation techniques, as well as live action,"
said Burton.

The half-hour animated special will follow the exploits of "Bubsy Bobcat",
as he and his cohorts, "Arnold" the Armadillo and his mischievous niece
and nephew, the "Bub Twins", run amok with Professor Virgil Reality's new
invention, the Virgil Reality and his helmet. When worn, the wearer's
thoughts become reality, and the foursome have a Virgil Reality field day
as their thoughts take them from roller coaster rides to combination
submarines and space ships. The "cat'aclysmic" chase scene features arch
villainous, "Ally Cassandra" and her sidekicks, "Boswell the Buzzard", and
"Sid 'The Vicious' Shrew" as they scheme to steal the helmet for their own
evil thoughts.

Ray De Laurentis, one of the television industry's most talented new
sit-com writers, is writing the original teleplay. Bohbot Entertainment,
Inc. will distribute this animated special nationwide.

Says John Skeel of Accolade, "We've always considered Bubsy as more than
just a video game character. His personality lends itself to many
different vehicles, television I next logical audience."

Bohbot Entertainment, a division of Bohbot Communications, Inc. is a youth
oriented marketing services company headquartered in New York, with
offices in Chicago Francisco. They syndicate the "Kid's Day Off" block
which features a three-hour marathon of children's programming scheduled
for Thanksgiving Day Weekend.

"Bubsy is a classic character, reminiscent of our childhood favorites,"
said Allen Bohbot, president and CEO of Bohbot Communications. "Behind
Bubsy is a world af creative talent, and we're excited to be a part of the
team bringing this property to television."
