AGE LOGIC ANNOUNCES "EARLY-START" PROGRAM FOR NEW NT-BASED PC X SERVER

San Diego, CA. May 10, 1993 - AGE Logic, Inc. (AGE) announced a
comprehensive Early-Start Program for Microsoft's Windows NT Beta sites to
begin an early evaluation of AGE's new NT-based X server software.
XoftWare/32 for Windows NT is AGE's new 32-bit X server software which
enables users to concurrently access and display Microsoft Windows,
Microsoft Windows NT and network-based Unix applications on the same PC.

AGE's new Early-Start Program provides Windows NT Beta sites with three (3)
prerelease copies of XoftWare/32 for Windows NT compatible with the March
Beta release of Windows NT, access to AGE's priority Technical Support
program, complete documentation, and three (3) free upgrades to the
production release of XoftWare/32 for Windows NT.

"We've had many requests from Microsoft's Beta customers for a pre-release
version of our anticipated X server software for Windows NT," said Craig
A. Schmidt, vice president of marketing for AGE. "Windows NT users are
anxious to evaluate all of the components of their system, including X.
The Early-Start Program provides users the opportunity to begin evaluating
X server features and performance under the Windows NT operating
environment and to receive priority technical support from AGE."

Participation in the Early-Start Program is limited and the fee is $995.
Early-Start Program shipments will begin in conjunction with Windows World
