ACCOLADE WELCOMES TSUNAMI AS NEWEST DISTRIBUTION PARTNER

LAS VEGAS, NV-JANUARY 7, 1993-Robert Bonham, Vice President of Sales at
Accolade, together with Edmond Heinbockel, President of Tsunami Media,
Inc., today announced that Tsunami has pined Accolade under its
Distribution Partners program. Under the terms of the long-term agreement,
Accolade has become the exclusive, worldwide distributor of entertainment
software developed and published by Tsunami, including the coveted
Ringworld series of computer games, based on the internationally famous
series of science fiction novels by Larry Niven.

"The experience and creative talent behind the Tsunami team insures an
outstanding line-up of PC compatible products for the coming year and
beyond," stated Bonham. "In our efforts to associate ourselves with a
publisher whose product line is imaginative, while offering high-quality
gameplay, we've found a winner."

Heinbockel added, "Tsunami's leading-edge interactive entertainment titles
dovetail extremely well with Accolade's own strong entertainment offerings
in complementary categories."

Based in Oakhurst, California, Tsunami has developed a number of advanced
development tools providing the company's developers with an "enabling
technology" which will make it possible to bring compelling interactive
multimedia and, one day, virtual reality to the masses. With a combination
of rotoscoping, character digitization and full digitization, Tsunami's
first four products display the power behind Tsunami's proprietary
system.

The first four products to be distributed under this agreement can be found
on display at Accolade's booth and include:

*Ringworld: Revenge of the Patriarch- An interactive graphic adventure,
based on the best-selling Ringworld series which has sold over 5 million
copies. Since its author, Larry Niven, will no longer be continuing the
written series, Tsunami has positioned this interactive graphic adventure,
with Niven's blessing, as the third title in the series. (Available
January, 1993)

*Wacky Funsters! - An outrageous, no-holds-barred parody of computer gaming
consisting of five and a half zany games. (Available January, 1993)

*Blue Force: The Next of Kin - Designed by Jim Walls and Cheryl Cornelius,
designers of the award-winning and best-selling Police Quest series from
Sierra On-Line, this is the first in a series of police adventures
entitled Blue Force: The Next of Kin. (Available 2nd Quarter, 1993)

*ProtoStar: War on the Frontier - Early critiques have labeled this outer
space adventure the most graphically stunning title, featuring special
video capture visual effects utilizing custom-built models. In addition to
a central story, the option to explore hundreds of planets offers
virtually unlimited gameplay. (Available mid-1993).
