COMPUEXPO 92 SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDED IN LAS VEGAS, COMPUEXPO 93 LAS VEGAS
ANNOUNCED

October 1, 1992 -- From September 21 to 24, the first COMPUEXPO was
successfully staged in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the completely sold-out South
Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. With its first year theme of
"Global OEM Showcase", COMPUEXPO 92 attracted in excess of 5000 computer
industry resellers, VARs, system integrators, direct marketers and
technology entrepreneurs who came to Las Vegas to meet with close to 200
COMPUEXPO 92 exhibitors.

A delegation of PC industry leaders from around the world, joined by
California Lieutenant-Governor Leo McCarthy, opened COMPUEXPO 92 with an
enthusiastic ribbon cutting ceremony. "I am honored to introduce the first
of many successful COMPUEXPO PC-Industry trade shows. I have worked in
California for many years with the Silicon Valley computer entrepreneurs
who have founded COMPUEXPO," said Lt. Governor McCarthy. "COMPUEXPO is the
kind of event that significantly contributes to the long-term growth and
strength of the U.S. economy by fostering high technology trade between
American companies and their international partners," McCarthy concluded.

Major corporate leaders in the personal computer industry delivered Keynote
Addresses over the course of the conference.

In addition to providing COMPUEXPO 92 attendees with valuable information
and analysis by major leaders in the PC industry, COMPUEXPO 92 featured a
Conference Seminar Program focusing on the marketing and business issues
facing PC entrepreneurs, VARs and technology companies. Seminars featured
senior management from Compaq, DEC, Cyrix, Insight, and editors and
representatives from leading industry publications including show
co-sponsors Microtimes and Infoworld, as well as Ziff-Davis Publications
like Computer Shopper, CMP Publications like Computer Reseller News, and
Computer Current.

COMPUEXPO Exhibitors included industry leaders IBM, Microsoft, Conner
Peripherals, Maxtor, Western Digital, and many others. Acer, Sun Moon
Star, First International Corp., and a dedicated pavilion of emerging
brand suppliers represented the Taiwan Computer Industry, enthusiastic
supporters of COMPUEXPO since its inception.

Entrepreneurial companies found a new home for the development of
profitable business partnerships at COMPUEXPO 92, in comparison with
larger, less-focused trade shows. "We really think it was a great show,
and it worked out really well for us, " said Michael Gbadebo, CEO of
Rockford Engineering Services. "Comdex is so big, and attendees are in
such a hurry, that they really don't have time to spend with any one
exhibitor to begin arranging a business deal. Not a problem at COMPUEXPO.
There was time for people to get to know each other. This show was really
so profitable that I'm not interested in exhibiting at Comdex," he
concluded.

Michael Ham, A.M.I. Sales Representative reached the same conclusion,
adding, "COMPUEXPO was more focused and intimate than Comdex. The pace was
more relaxed and it was much easier to actually conduct business."

COMPUEXPO 92 attendance held true to the highly qualified market of PC
OEMs, VARs, system integrators and resellers targeted by show sponsor,
UNSC Investment Group. "Over 72% of COMPUEXPO 92 attendees were computer
re-marketers, including 40% OEM/VAR/System Integrator, 20% computer
retailer, and 12% PC products distributors," said June Lo, Executive VP of
UNSC. "But the really good news is that over 50% of our attendees were
decision makers with purchasing authority, making COMPUEXPO truly a "trade
show" and partnership building event, " Lo added.

COMPUEXPO 93, scheduled for September 9- 1 1, 1993 at the Las Vegas
Convention Center was announced at COMPUEXPO 92. Within 72 hours its
announcement over 100 companies had signed up for booth rental, many
seeking expanded floor space in anticipation of new business. Companies
re-committed to COMPUEXPO 93 range from industry leader IBM on the one
hand, to Taiwan VGA monitor leader CTX on the other, and included scores
of fast growth, emerging brand suppliers of high quality computer products
and technology.

COMPUEXPO 93 will feature an expanded conference program focusing on
serving the business planning and marketing needs of computer industry
entrepreneurs, cosponsorship by a number of well known computer industry
trade publications and business associations and will be based on the
theme "COMPUEXPO 93, Marketing Edge, Technology Source" focusing on the
twin business needs of competitive PC industry companies.

In announcing COMPUEXPO 93, Allen Yu, Chairperson of UNSC Investment Group,
COMPUEXPO's Sponsor, stated clearly, "We are committed to delivering a
high quality, low cost, partnership-building trade show to our exhibitors
and attendees for the long term. We are committed to holding an
international show in Las Vegas on an annual basic, and we will continue
to carry the message that a profitable, industry wide alternative exists
to other trade shows. We encourage all customer-driven, competitive
companies to join with us in building the Second Ten Years of the PC
Industry. "

UNSC Investment Group is located at 39899 Balentine Drive, Suite 175,
