ALBANY, OR, SEPT. 1992--The complete line of fax and data modems
manufactured by Supra Corporation will be distributed nationally by D&H
Distributing, under an agreement announced this month by the two
companies.

"The addition of D&H is a key part of our strategy to make Supra products
available to the broadest possible range of computer users," explained Jim
Cady, Supra's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "Our new fax/data
modems offer superior reliability and performance, but they are also
priced within the budget of users at all levels. D&H will play a major
role in bringing this leading edge technology to those users." D&H joins
recently-signed national distributors Ingram Micro, Merisel, and COMSTOR,
along with regional outlets, in carrying the Supra line.

Mark Greenwold, Director of Marketing for D&H, stated, "D&H is pleased to
add the full line of Supra fax and data modems to our line. Supra's
reputation for quality and state of the art technology will assure our
resellers the ability to provide their customers with fax and data modems
that will meet their needs. We look forward to a strong business
relationship with Supra Corporation."

D&H will offer Supra's broad range of fax and data modems, including the
recently released SupraFAXModem V.32bis. Early reviews have hailed this
modem's 14,400 bps fax and data capability, small footprint, and
under-$400 list price. Platform flexibility is also an important feature,
with SupraFAXModems packaged for Macintosh, Windows, and DOS, as well as
for stand-alone applications.

Recent surveys have named Harrisburg-based D&H Distributing as one of the
most preferred national microcomputer distributors in the country. D&H
maintains distribution hubs in Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas,
Boston, Miami, and Baltimore/Washington D.C, and supports its customers
with 24-hour technical support on all of its products through a toll-free
800 number. In addition, D&H boasts same day shipment 99% of the time on
items ordered before 3:00 p.m. any business day.
