Image Machines introduces Windows E-Mail Package that offers ability to
record and play voice messages

Image Machines Corp. today announced the release of NvMail a feature-rich
electronic mail facility for Microsoft Windows designed to improve the
communication and flow of information for both small and large companies.

NvMail provides sophisticated electronic mail (E-mail) resources for
companies that are using Microsoft Windows and local area networks (LANS).
Designed specifically for the burgeoning Windows market, NvMail goes
beyond features provided by other E-mail products by offering support for
multimedia sound extensions that are standard with Microsoft Windows
version 3.1.

With NvMail, users can create mail messages containing their own voice for
delivery to other users in their network running NvMail. Although this
particular feature requires a compatible multimedia sound board, Image
Machines is confident that the market for such devices will continue to
grow.

David Geller, Product Director at Image Machines for NvMail, believes that
multimedia sound will become an increasingly important component for
Windows users. He notes that "with NvMail you not only get a powerful
electronic mail program capable of creating mail and phone messages, you
also get the flexibility of adding voice to your messages. "

Even without recording capability, NvMail can associate sounds to various
events. Mr. Geller reports that one NvMail beta tester actually had a
recording of Arnold Schwarzenegger saying "Hasta la vista baby" play
through his PC every time he deleted a mail message. NvMail provides a
sound library enabling it to actually speak the number of messages
available in a user's in-box.

NvMail's E-mail features include the ability to compose both mail and
telephone messages, attach objects via Microsoft's OLE protocol, and to
create private folders for archived mail messages. NvMail is a Windows
application and, because of that, can run in the background while work is
performed on other applications.

NvMail is sold in three configurations: a 10-User pack ($295 U.S.), a
25-User pack ($495) and a 100+ User pack ($995). The 100+ User pack can be
used for any number of users. Image Machines will release host
interconnectivity support for NvMail later this year.

NvMail is supplied with NvAdmin, a Windows mail administration program, and
a user guide explaining product installation and use. Both NvMail and
NvAdmin offer interfaces that are easy to learn and use. NvMail can be
installed within 15-minutes.

NvMail can be used on any personal computer running Microsoft Windows and
is compatible with any DOS and Windows-compatible local area network (LAN)
including Novell Netware, Microsoft LAN Manager, PC-NFS and others. Sound
support is provided by any Windows 3.1-compatible multimedia hardware.
NvMail can also be run from PCs and workstations running Microsoft's
newest operating system Windows/NT or IBM's OS/2.
