and can operate stand alone or integrate with CAI's AccPac Plus accounting
software, with support planned for other major accounting packages. Order
Entry handles multiple classes and discount levels for each item,
generates control numbers for orders and quotes, supports multiple tax
codes and shipping charges, and tracks order status. When integrating to
an external accounting system, general ledger accounts are updated and new
customers created in accounts receivable automatically.

With detailed online sales history info now available, SALES REPORTING has
also been enhanced. Sales, Forecasting and Profitability Reports can be
produced by virtually unlimited criteria. Nine new standard profitability
and sales reports are included along with sales forecasting by rep, total,
orders sure to close, forecasts greater than X dollars, product type.

The main screen now contains sales history fields, automatically updated,
showing last purchase, YTD sales, total forecast, and 5 user customizable
fields, which can be defined as text, numeric, date with pop-up calendar,
or pop-up selection list. The user programs feature now allows each user
to shell out to their programs or DOS from INFOtrac, in addition to
shelling out to their word processor. Additional VAR or user developed
screens of custom fields or third party CUSTOMIZED MODULES can also be
accessed. Unlimited custom label formats can be created from included
formats for laser printer and dot matrix labels by entering label
location, frequency, size and shape.

Sales info is now included as filter criteria giving users more choices
when selecting multiple sort categories for reports and functions. The
selected records can now be captured to allow scrolling through these
records individually while performing program functions, like exporting
groups of records, or mailing to groups that meet these criteria in batch
mode. Contacts can be designated whether they are included in mailings,
and records can now be replicated, making it easier to enter records with
common data.

MULTILEVEL SECURITY has been extended to include control of access and
editing capabilities to program features by each user or only by the
system administrator. CUSTOMER LISTS CAN BE PROTECTED by controlling
access to data transfer, report printing, viewing of just their own or
other user's records. Help screens for all features are modifiable and can
be used for additional help sales tips, objection handling, product info.

INFOtrac operates under DOS 3.1 and later, all NETBIOS compatible and
Novell networks including Advanced Netware 2.0+, OS/2 1.0+, Banyan Vines,
LANtastic, 3COM 3+ 1.1+, IBM PC Network/LAN 1.12+, ATT Starlan 1.1+, DOS
