Comanche, Oklahoma-Resource Navigator II, is scheduled to ship in late
April 1992.

Create, edit, and playback multiple media types, including QuickTime
movies, in your HyperCard stacks with no programming or scripting needed.
Adding pictures, sounds, audio compact disc music, external videodisc
sequences and Quicktime pictures and movies has never been easier. If you
have a video/frame capture board, you can create your own QuickTime movies
and use them in any QuickTime capable application.

By simply pointing and clicking you create Hypercard buttons which contain
all the commands needed to access these different types of media. To add a
Quicktime movie for example, you would select the window display type,
choose various movie playback features, and then by selecting "create'
Resource Navigator II automatically creates a HyperCard button which
contains all of the commands needed to play back that QuickTime movie in
your stack. At the same time you can also choose the option to add a copy
of the information into the Resource Library stack for future use. If you
wish to use that particular movie again in another stack you simply go to
the library, choose the movie's name and click on Create Button. Resource
Navigator II creates a button in your stack that contains all the commands
to play back that movie just as before.

Included with Resource Navigator II are:

 Resource Navigator II- authoring tools to integrate various types of
media, including QuickTime pictures and movies, into any HyperCard stack

 Presentation Management - set of tools to facilitate creation of
presentation type stacks

 Presentation Ideas - set of presentation style templates to give the user
some ideas to start with

 ClipScripts - a collection of both typical and common scripts the user
can copy and paste into their stacks

Resource Navigator II is compatible with System 6.0.7, System 7, or higher,
and requires a minimum configuration of 2MB Macintosh Classic or LC, any
size hard drive and HyperCard 2.1. When using Resource Navigator II with
QuickTime, System 7 and a color capable Macintosh with 4MB of memory is
recommended. QuickTime IS required to run movies and display QuickTime
compressed pictures.
