CompLINK TO SHOWCASE WORLDLINK MESSAGING TECHNOLOGY AT PC EXPO

Messaging system provides comprehensive capabilities and multi-platform
connectivity in a low-cost client/server architecture.

June 28, 1993 -- GREAT NECK, NY -- CompLink, Ltd., a leading developer of
telecommunications software solutions, today announced that its Consulting
Services Division will showcase the company's WorldLink messaging
technology at PC EXPO at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New
York, June 29 - July 1, 1993 (Booth #242).

WorldLink is a revolutionary messaging solution that gives computer users
the ability to communicate with virtually anyone in the world, and enables
companies to link their communication and computing resources into a
single, seamless messaging environment. This technology will serve as the
foundation of a new line of WorldLink communication products to be
launched later this year.

Using an OS/2-based server, WorldLink gives system administrators a single
point of control over the complex structure of local area networks (LANs)
that characterizes most corporate computing environments today. By using
WorldLink to manage communications between these LANs, administrators can
allow individual departments to work with the applications that best suit
their needs, while maintaining a messaging environment that extends
enterprise wide.

For network users, WorldLink provides all the tools necessary for global
communication, including e-mail, fax, telex, and paper-based mail
services. The program, which runs on both DOS- and Windows-based PCs,
automatically translates information for delivery between different e-mail
systems. It also enables users to send faxes, telexes, and e-mail from
their PCs, and automatically delivers inbound messages, including faxes,
directly to the recipient's mailbox .

WorldLink gives users access to all of these capabilities through an
intuitive pop-up interface, so they can compose messages in almost any
kind of application (word processor, spreadsheet, email system, etc.), and
then transmit the message via WorldLink in a matter of seconds. For system
administrators, this tight integration with existing applications helps to
reduce the costs of training, management, and user support.

Based on a unique script language, WorldLink technology can be adapted to
practically any communication need a company might have. CompLink
Consulting Services Division can customize the technology swiftly and
cost-effectively, by developing individual WorldLink scripts to connect to
almost any environment. WorldLink already offers gateways to a broad array
of public data networks, and enhanced access capabilities are currently
under development.

With the power of distributed processing, WorldLink technology can be
scaled to fit organizations of nearly any size. For smaller companies, a
single OS/2-based server can handle all communication tasks. Larger
organizations with high-volume messaging needs can assign individual
processes (e-mail, fax, etc.) among multiple servers, using the WorldLink
Process Manager to manage traffic and ensure the smooth flow of
information.

"WorldLink technology gives system administrators the tools they need to
manage their messaging environments today, and the flexibility they need
to adapt as those environments evolve in the future," said Howard Davis,
CEO of CompLink. "And it does so at a fraction of the cost of other
dedicated communication solutions."

Founded in 1986, CompLink is a leading developer of multi-platform
communication software solutions, with installations in many Fortune 1000
companies. Headquartered in Great Neck, New York, CompLink also provides
consulting services and has signed strategic agreements with a broad range
of international telecommunications carriers.
