Everex Enhances Customer Service with NCR Agreement

FREMONT, CA--May 18, 1993 -- Everex Systems, Inc. and NCR Corporation today
announced that NCR will provide customer site warranty service for all
Everex products. The agreement between the two companies initially coves
all Everex products in the United States, and it is intended that
worldwide support will follow.

Customers needing service or repair will place a call to an Everex service
center. Specialists from NCR will provide service at the customer site,
during normal business hours, from one of the company's locations. Everex
will supply parts, while NCR provides personnel and repair equipment. In
certain situations, NCR may also have access to parts from inventory at
Everex and/or component manufacturers.

worldwide, NCR provides improved service to our customers," stated Rick C.

In addition to basic warranty service, Everex will offer extended
