CatView version information

1) Added configuration item [FINDREPLACE] to allow the user to choose whether to
use the Find&Replace (CatFiRe) facility.

surrounding the value is taken advantage of if used - else multiple spaces and
tabs either side of value could compromise trimming process.

manipulation complete
5) minor UI changes
6) Added configuration item [REPLACE_NONANGLO] to allow the user to choose
whether to replace all non-Anglo character (IBM DOS character set) to Anglo
equivalent. Only used if [FINDREPLACE]=YES

#3.14
23rd October 1999

1) Added configuration item [CONFIRM_QUIT], which will bring up a dialog box
after pressing 'ESC' at the catalog screen if set to "Y" or "YES". Default value
is "NO".
2) Increased flexibility with configuration file values. Spaces and quotes (")
before and after "=" in the configuration file can now be used. These characters
will be trimmed (removed) when the values are read in.

limit and user attempted to print or save those results. This is no longer
possible - although the results can still be viewed.
4) Clarified some messages

#3.1
14th October 1999

Added the ability to configure various items of functionality in
CatView by using a configuration file "catview.cfg".

1) 'catalogue directory' (directory where catalogue files are located) - same as
catview directory
2) 'quotes directory' (directory where results are saved/appended)
subdirectory of CatView "\quotes"
3) 'User Name' (printed in search results (hardcopy) and on various screens) -
was hard-coded to indicate freeware status "Licensed User"

The configuration file is located in the catview directory (same as executable)
and default values for backward compatibility are supplied.

#3.02
