MS-News@Simtel.Net is a moderated one-way mailing list used by Simtel.Net
archivists to announce new uploads to the MS-DOS, Windows 3.x, and
Windows 95 collections.  Postings are in standard Internet digest format
to reduce network and mail system load.  Each digest contains 10-14
messages and averages 20K in size.

To subscribe, send e-mail to  listserv@Simtel.Net  with this command in
the body of the message:  add ms-news

The individual announcements which appear in this digest are also posted
to Usenet newsgroup comp.archives.msdos.announce.  To reduce the load on
your host's mail system you may wish to read the newsgroup rather than
subscribe to this mailing list.

Simtel.Net information files, recent back issues of the digest, and
programs to break the digest into individual messages are available.
To receive a list, send mail to  listserv@Simtel.Net  with this command
in the body of the message:  info

Administrative mail may be sent to  ms-news-request@Simtel.Net  but please
use  listserv@Simtel.Net  to add or delete yourself from the list.  If you
wish to unsubscribe, send e-mail (from the same address where you were
when you subscribed) with this command in the body of the message:
unsubscribe ms-news
