Tadplace: A placement files creator for PADS2000
	------------------------------------------------

This is a preliminery version of the PADS2000 placement file creator.
I Wrote the code for my onw use when i realized that there may be
other people who may find it usefull to avoid all the editor time
needed to create such file. The code supports only one output format
and one input format currently. I will expand this if i get requests.

The input file is a PADS2000 ASCII output file. To create such a
file, from the IN/OUT menu select ASCII OUT, select current units (as
there is not much you can understand from the basic units of pads) and
check only the PARTS check box.

The reason i don't support a full ASCII file as an input file is
because to create such a file on any desent PCB take to much time and
most of the information is not needed. If you find such an option
please let me know.

The program creates two output files: A component side placement file
and a print side placement file (name.CS and name.PS).

NOTE: if no extension is given for the input file an extension of .PRT is used as a defualt.
