Sandra Martin O'Donnell is a consulting engineer and internationalization
(118N) project manager with the Open Software Foundation in Cambridge
Massachusetts where she is responsible for all 118N-related activities.
She has been involved with internationalization since 1987 including
actively participating in various 118N-related standards and professional
groups Her writing experience includes a number of years as a sports
writer for the Memphis Press-Scimitar and as the author of Uniforum's
Technology Guide on 118N (Internationalization Explained)
