award-winning VGAWONDER XL series of Super-VGA boards. The new VGAWONDER
XL24 provides a low-cost, true-color solution for Windows, image
processing, desktop publishing and CAD applications.

"Priced under $200.00 (US), ATI makes true-color graphics affordable,"
states Henry Quan, Director of Marketing for ATI. The VGAWONDER XL24
supports 16.7 million (24-bit) colors at 640x480 and virtual 24-bit color
at 800x600 resolution under Windows 3.X for vivid creations in popular

COlor Depth Enhancement

ATI's CODE (COlor Depth Enhancement) feature provides virtual 24-bit color
in 800x600 resolution. CODE is a custom blending technique which enhances
imported 24-bit color images by adjusting pixel colors to provide smooth
transitions between colors. The result is virtual elimination of banding
and other color irregularities providing clear, photo-realistic images
with near 24-bit color quality, while providing greater resolution.

including:
