BRUNO BLENHEIM'S ACCLAIMED "PC EXPO" IN NEW YORK TO PREMIERE ON A LIVE FOUR
HOUR PRIME TIME NATIONAL TELECAST ON PAY - PER - VIEW CABLE TELEVISION IN
1993

A live four hour, prime-time, pay-per-view television special titled, PC
EXPO ON TV, will premiere on Wednesday, June 30, 1993, 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
EDT., continuing the celebration marking the 10th anniversary of the
personal computer's leading Trade Show, PC EXPO in New York. The special
program was announced today by Mark Dineen, Show Manager for Bruno
Blenheim Inc., and Albert Rubin, President of Rubin-Frey Communications,
Inc., a television news and information production company. The event will
be distributed by Reiss Media Entertainment Corp., on Request Television
and pay-per-view cable systems nationally.

In the past ten years, PC EXPO has grown from a small trade show of 120
exhibiting companies that attracted some 9,000 attendees, to one of 800
exhibits staged by the major computer companies, making it the most
important trade show in the personal computer industry. PC EXPO attracts
decision-makers from Fortune 500 companies with average mean earnings of
$400 million. Fully 97% of all PC EXPO attendees influence their company's
purchasing decisions.

Now, for the first time in the television and trade show industry, what's
new, what's hot, and what's important in computers will be immediately
communicated nationwide directly to individual consumers, on a prime-time
television news magazine program anchored live direct from the exhibition
floor of the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York.

Show Manager Mark Dineen said, "Our tenth anniversary is an opportunity for
PC EXPO to expand the boundaries of the Jacob Javits Convention Center,
bringing product information directly into the homes and businesses of
America. PC EXPO ON TV is consistent with the philosophies and marketing
efficiencies of the PC EXPO Trade Show because it targets a highly select
audience."

PC EXPO ON TV will enable tens of millions of PC users across the nation to
experience first hand important developments, new product releases, and
get advanced information of interest to them.

"Television is the perfect environment to inform and educate PC users about
new computer hardware and software. It has the ability to demonstrate a
product in actual use, on a real-time basis, in an easily understood
manner. By presenting the program on pay-per-view television, we can
communicate to the vast majority of those consumers who have an active
interest in consumer products." said Charles Frey, Executive Vice
President & Managing Editor of PC EXPO ON TV.

During the past year, the pay-per-view cable industry has achieved record
growth in both audience reach and revenues, through innovative programming
that makes special events and current movie releases available in the
viewer's home. "PC EXPO ON TV is a breakthrough event for pay-per-view,
where new concepts are crucial to the long term success of our business."
said Bruce Karpas, President of Reiss Media Entertainment Corp. which will
distribute PC EXPO ON TV to pay-per-view next June. "This show is an
important opportunity to add an educational and informative program, the
first of its kind to pay-per-view television. We believe the MSOs will be
as excited as we are, to expand the content of pay-per-view by giving our
viewers information that was previously available only to those in the
industry."

"This will be a show that is informative and exciting. A fast paced
television informational magazine produced with the quality and care of a
network special event. It will extend the impact of this important trade
show to a new national audience. It provides the industry with an
efficient means of reaching their key consumer." said Albert Rubin,
President of Rubin - Frey Communications Incorporated, "In the dynamic
field of trade shows, Bruno Blenheim is the acknowledged leader in
planning, organizing and executing some of the most successful trade shows
in the United States and Europe. We're fortunate to have the opportunity
of working with the outstanding group of professionals at Bruno Blenheim
and Reiss Media Entertainment Corp., as they expand their business through
PC EXPO ON TV."
