NEW YORK, June 23,1992 - NCR Corporation announced at PC EXPO that it has
formed an alliance with AimTech Corporation to market IconAuthor 4.0,
AimTech's interactive multimedia authoring tool.

Under terms of the agreement, NCR has designated IconAuthor as one of its
Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) software tools of choice, which means
that NCR will recommend IconAuthor to prospective corporate customers of
the NCR 3331 Multimedia Learning Station. All NCR 3331 users will be able
to run any multimedia course or application developed with IconAuthor.

"AimTech is a strong and growing industry player with a recognized
reputation for outstanding customer loyalty," said Jim McGinley, NCR's
director of software alliances. "That, combined with IconAuthor's unique
visual programming approach which separates application structure from
content, will enable our corporate users to easily implement

and update multimedia applications across a network saving development time
and effort. This is a partnership that will pay off for our users."

IconAuthor is a full-featured authoring system for developing advanced,
interactive multimedia applications. Combining text, graphics, animation,
digital audio and full-motion video, the NCR 3331 and IconAuthor allow the
non-programmer to build applications for computer-based training,
simulations, self-service terminals, performance support systems and
business presentations.

"NCR's strong commitment to the Windows multimedia market mirrors our
longstanding corporate focus on enterprise-wide computing," said Usman
Ismail, president of AimTech Corp. "By combining strengths we can now
offer users an ideal environment for authoring and deploying interactive
multimedia applications across a corporate network."

"By employing touch-screen technology interspersed with simulated video
segments and other multimedia-tools, we are helping organizations improve
customer service by placing their employees in actual situations and
asking them to respond," said McGinley.

AimTech Corporation, a privately held company with offices in Nashua, N.H.,
Los Angeles, Calif., and London, England, develops and markets
multi-platform software products for creating interactive multimedia
applications.

NCR, the Networked Computing Resource of AT&T, develops, manufactures,
markets, supports and services enterprise-wide information systems for
world-wide markets.
