Cardinal Expands VAR Channel Distribution 
--Agreement Signed with Access Graphics--

NEW YORK, NY--June 23,1992 - Cardinal Technologies Inc., a leading provider
of multimedia and PC enhancement products, as well as a distributor of
FUJIX electronic imaging products, announces a distribution agreement with
Access Graphics, a distributor of graphics products in the multimedia,
CAD/CAM/CAE and UNIX industry. The agreement allows VARs and integrators
to purchase Cardinal and Fuji's extensive multimedia product line.

Access Graphics will distribute all of Cardinal and Fuji's leading-edge
multimedia products including:

o  The SNAPplus desktop video adapter --a combined SuperVGA and digital
video adapter for live video multimedia productions on the PC. It enables
users to capture, view and save a full resolution TV frame at 16.8 million
colors and overlay VGA graphics in up to 65,000 colors.

o  SOUNDvision--a multimedia upgrade card that combines, SuperVGA, Stereo
Sound, and CD-ROM interfaces for total MPC peripheral support.

o  The FUJIX DS-100 Memory Card Camera--the look and feel of a 35mm camera
without film. This digital camera utilizes an Image Memory card to store
21 images that are instantly, ready for use in a desktop publishing
environment, to be stored on a disk, or transmitted via modem.

o  The FUJIX FV-7000 Video Presentation Camera which produces broadcast
quality video images that can be manipulated with a host of features.
Images can be displayed on a TV monitor, stored on a disc, printed or
displayed through other video equipment via S-video or an RGB terminal.

o  The FUJIX V-P8000 Video Graphic Printer provides full color prints from
any video source.

Cardinal and Fuji formed a strategic alliance and have been working
together several years to develop, manufacture and market multimedia
products jointly.
