FREMONT, Calif., June 1, 1992 -- Media Vision is today introducing "Thunder
and Lightning," a new add-on card for PC-compatible computers that
combines advanced graphics and sound. Thunder and Lightning, which is the
first product to offer 24-bit VGA and sound on a single card, opens a new
dimension of multimedia computing to many users.

"We have been very successful in bringing audio products to 'early adopter'
mainstream personal computer users," said Paul Jain, president and CEO of
Media Vision. "The introduction of Windows 3.1 has now raised the ante for
base-level computing for the mainstream user; all computing from now on is
'multimedia computing.' With Thunder and Lightning, we're offering the
market a single-card solution for the many applications taking advantage
of advanced graphics and sound."

Jain further noted that Thunder and Lightning is an important step in Media
Vision's strategy for introducing low cost video for multimedia computing
which will be further unfolded this summer.
