A Complete Hardware And Software Solution

Address Express combines an inkjet printer that is specially designed to
handle envelopes, postcards and cut sheet labels with easy-to-use
addressing software running under DOS, Windows, and Macintosh. Optional
Network Interfaces provide support for virtually all popular networks,
including Novell 286/386, Lantastic, LanManager, Banyan Vines, and
AppleTalk.

The Address Express Printer

The Address Express printer handles up to 100 envelopes, postcards or
cut-sheet labels that are as small as 3" x 5" and as large as 6.375" x
10.25", thereby accommodating the most popular envelopes sizes in the USA
and Europe. It prints 2 - 4 envelopes per minute depending on how much is
printed on each. Address Express uses standard Hewlett Packard inkjet
cartridges and prints with 192 dpi resolution. Measuring just 8" x 16" x
16" (HWD) and weighing only 12 pounds, the Address Express fits neatly
into any office environment.

The DOS Software

The DOS software installs as a TSR taking 12K of memory. It pops up over
programs to print envelopes at any time. You can type addresses or capture
them from the screen. There's even an AutoPrint feature that automatically
captures addresses and prints an envelope (with POSTNET) while your main
printer prints your letter. The software also includes a WYSIWYG layout
editor for creating custom envelope layouts, complete with text and
graphics. Add your company logo, a message, and a return address. The
software accepts graphics files in PCX, TIFF and BMP format. The software
also manages its own mailing lists and prints lists from other programs.

The Windows Software

This software includes a print driver for easy printing direct from any
Windows application. There is also a Windows application that allows you
to design envelope, postcard and label templates, using any system font,
and mixing text and graphics. The software also manages its own mailing
lists. In use, an Address Express button bar appears on the top edge of
your screen. Simply click on the envelope icon to bring up the software at
any time. Print an envelope by clicking the print button, edit the address
before printing, save it to a list, and more. Finally, there are macros to
directly access the Address Express software from WordPerfect for Windows,
Microsoft Word for Windows, and Ami Pro.

The Macintosh Software

The Macintosh software installs as an INIT that will automatically find
addresses in your letter and print an envelope while your main printer
handles your letter. A wide range of templates are provided, plus there's
a layout editor application. The POSTNET can be added. TrueType and Adobe
Type Manager are both supported. There's also a print driver that allows
direct printing to the Address Express from any Macintosh program. You can
print mailing lists directly from word processors and databases by
selecting the Address Express printer in the Chooser as simply as you
select your LaserWriter.

Adds POSTNET Postal Barcode to Save Time And Money

The Address Express system in approved by U.S. Post Office the printing of
POSTNET bar codes. Address Express can be set to automatically print the
matching POSTNET for any US zipcode. With the POSTNET, mailers can expect
faster and more accurate delivery of their mail and may also qualify for
discounts of 20% or more on postage.

Address Express Network Packs provide DOS and Windows support for Novell
286 and 386 networks (including remote printing), along with support for
