Humana at PC EXPO In New York

Humana Computer Support Inc. is exhibiting at PC Expo in New York June
2325, 1992. Our theme at this show is, "Is your next step in training a
big one?" focusing on Humana's consistent leadership in providing training
in mixed corporate computing environments. See the attached picture.

Working With Integrated Computing Environments

Humana has been developing training materials for the MS-DOS, Windows, and
Macintosh environments (yes, all three) since its inception in 1987. We
have had MS-DOS 5.0, Windows 3.1, and Macintosh System 7 training
available shortly after each product's release. In 1991, we released our
OS/2 training, and have just released our OS/2 2.0 courseware.

Humana has over 200 titles in both Instructor-led classroom training and
Self-paced learning materials. Both training approaches have totally
consistent content and flow, increasing the flexibility of corporate
training planners to tailor training methods to suit user preference,
scheduling constraints, learning styles, training budgets, and staffing
constraints.

As part of our focus on integrated computing environments. we will be
showcasing a number of courses that are available on multiple platforms:
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint,
Aldus PageMaker, and the recently announced Claris FileMaker Pro 2.0 for
Windows (and Macintosh). We will also have a number of single-platform
products on display: Claris MacDraw Pro, WordPerfect 5.1, and Lotus 1-2-3
v2.3.

Humana is now authorized to use the "Microsoft Windows Compatible" logo
with its Windows-software training materials.

Variety of Learning Approaches With Flexible Pricing

Humana's courseware is available in a variety of price points to suit
small, medium, or large volume trainers. Small users, or low-volume
training needs can be satisfied with the self-paced learning materials
which can be bought on a per-copy basis ($20 each per module). These
self-paced learning materials include all of the tutorial and reference
information included with the training reference materials, and also
includes all of the walk-throughs and features demonstrations included in
the equivalent instructors kit.

Larger users can buy the instructor's kit ($500) and get additional
training reference materials at $20 each (for a full-day course). The
instructor's kit provides instructor preparation and presentation aids.
including demonstration and exercise data files, overhead transparencies,
step-by-step feature demonstrations and walk-throughs. This increases
instructor productivity, and the quality and consistency of training
results.

Large volume users can site license the training reference materials, with
unlimited copying privileges, at a cost of $1300 for the first site and
$500 for additional sites. This is attractive pricing for multi-location
organizations with broad training needs. It further allows each location
to schedule and provide training on an as-needed basis without having to
plan, order, or stock learning materials in advance of individual demand.

An organization would begin to realize savings with an Instructor Kit with
20 course participants, and with site licensing at 50 participants for the
first site and 20 for additional sites. We have seen potential savings on
courseware materials costs of 80%, compared to per-copy purchases of
materials from some of our competitors. An organization training one
thousand users could save almost $15,000 per course by site-licensing
Humana's training materials (assuming the copying cost of $5 per manual
roughly equals administration on externally ordered manuals).

Humana's Market

Humana's focus at PC Expo is to expand its corporate market in the United
States, and particularly with New York head offices. We currently earn 80%
of our courseware income in the United States. Humana's courseware is
targeted at computer training organizations and organizations with
in-house training departments. Typically, Humana's clients are trainers
who teach over 5000 people per year. or are businesses with between 100
and 5000 employees.

Humana's current course offerings are listed on the attached brochure.
Humana will fax or mail course outlines to any organization requesting
details of its currently available courses. They can just check off the
courses of interest in the brochure and fax it to Humana.
