BOTHELL, Wash. -- June 15,1992 -- Traveling Software, the leader in
portable communications, announced today a new LapLink Pro Corporate
10-Pak that enables users to purchase multiple copies of LapLink Pro at a
suggested retail price of $799, a cost of less than $80 per user.

"Our corporate customers are now standardizing on LapLink Pro as their file
transfer program of choice and wish to purchase in large quantities. With
our new Corporate 10-Pak, we've made it convenient for corporations like
Citibank and others to purchase LapLink Pro from their corporate resellers
at a very affordable price," said Marco Hegyi, vice president of sales and
marketing, Traveling Software Inc.

"My department uses LapLink Pro with their notebook computers to transfer
files since it is much quicker and easier than using a floppy disk.
Traveling Software's new Corporate 10-Pak is a great way for us to
purchase LapLink Pro because it is convenient and cost effective," said
Robert Kalipetes, vice president of Citibank Corporate Audit, Business
Systems Review.

The Corporate 10-Pak is available through distribution channels and
corporate resellers for $799, suggested retail price. An individual copy
of LapLink Pro retails for $169.95.

The Corporate 10-Pak includes ten user packets, five serial and five
parallel cables, two complete user guides, and one 5.25" LapLink Pro disk.
Each user packet contains a 35" LapLink Pro disk, a 10-minute quick start
guide, and a modem tips booklet. Users will also have the opportunity to
purchase additional cables and manuals at a reduced price.

LapLink Pro enables users to transfer files over serial or parallel cable,
or to a remote computer via modem. LapLink Pro, with its patented data
compression technology, offers significant speed advantages over other
remote file transfer solutions. With LapLink Pro's built-in intelligence,
users don't need to understand terms such as stop bits, parity, protocols
and other technical jargon to initiate remote file transfers.

LapLink Pro can also remote install itself over a modem or cable to a
receiving computer. This is beneficial to users who may not have LapLink
Pro installed on the remote PC. LapLink Pro also includes advanced disk
management capabilities such as the Synchronize command which makes files
in two directories identical.
