Announcing UniQue - Print Queue for UNIX

August 1, 1993 -- International Digital Scientific Incorporated, known as
IDSI, today announced the availability of UniQue, an "industrial strength"
print queue manager for commercial users of UNIX.

UNIX is increasingly being used for the processing of serious business
applications. These programs have often been migrated from proprietary
mainframe or minicomputer systems, where facilities for printing far
exceed the primitive spooling available under UNIX.

UniQue is designed to bring full-featured, mainframe-class print
capabilities to UNIX. It is available on most major UNIX platforms, and
can be ported to support others by request. A version of the utility has
been in broad use among IDSI's Wang to UNIX conversion customers since
1990.

IDSI, a full service integrator, has been an industry leader in the
migration and modernization of legacy software since 1986.
