NETWARE USERS INTERNATIONAL, LAN TIMES AND BRUNO BLENHEIM PLAN TUTORIAL
SESSIONS

Three Forces in the Computer Networking Industry Plan Cooperative
Conferences for NetWare Users

(Fort Lee, NJ, July 16) -- Three important forces in the computer
networking industry -- NetWare Users International (NUI), LAN Times, and
Bruno Blenheim Inc. (BBI), the leading producer of computer trade shows in
the U.S. -- will sponsor a special track of Tutorials at two of BBI's
networking shows.

The first will be at NetWorld '93 Dallas, on Monday, Oct. 4, 1993. The show
-- the premier forum for real world business solutions using networked
computing -- will run Oct. 5-7, at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas,
TX.

The agreement includes NUI and LAN Times sponsorship and cooperative
promotion of the Tutorials and the shows. The agreement also extends to
Blenheim's Networks Expo Boston, Feb. 15-17, 1994, at the Hynes Convention
Center in Boston, MA. The agreement was signed by Mark Brooks, president
of NUI-North American Region; Michaela O'Connor Abrams, publisher of LAN
Times; and Ralph J. Ianuzzi, Sr., chairman and CEO of Bruno Blenheim Inc.

Mark Brooks of NUI described the Tutorials as an excellent opportunity to
provide a high quality of information to NUI members as well as to all
attendees at Blenheim's computer networking events.

"The NetWorld Tutorials are an expansion of our mission to educate LAN
users about NetWare and other network technologies," said Mr. Brooks.
"With the backing of NUI, Bruno Blenheim and LAN Times, these sessions
will present an unmatched level of management and technical expertise that
will provide network managers with comprehensive information to help
enhance a return on their computer networking investment."

One Tutorial, at NetWorld Dallas, will present real world case studies and
strategic MBA-level business management ideas, including the use of option
pricing methods from finance, to networking. Dr. Robert J. Kauffman,
Assoc. Professor of Information Systems at the Stern School of Business at
New York University, will moderate this Tutorial -- #T17, "Justifying
Investment in Network Technologies: The New MBA Toolkit."

NetWare Users International (NUI) is an international network of more than
250 NetWare user groups that promotes the exchange of information among
more than 100,000 users of NetWare and related products worldwide. Mr.
Brooks is a senior LAN specialist at TIAA-CREF in New York City.

LAN Times is an internationally circulated magazine, published twice a
month by McGraw-Hill, Inc., in San Mateo, CA. The magazine's editorial
focus is on PC-based networking, including network design, installation,
configuration, applications and management, covering LANs as well as
WANs.

Mr. Ianuzzi said the agreement will provide business users of network
technology with the latest NetWare and networking information.

"All three participants in the agreement share a common goal of serving the
industry by providing objective, user-driven information and insights,"
said Mr. Ianuzzi. "Because our show attendees read LAN Times, and include
thousands of NUI members, we can pool our collective resources to the
benefit of network users everywhere."

More than 495 exhibitors are expected at the Dallas show including: 3Com
Corp., American Power Conversion, Artisoft, AT&T, Banyan, Brightwork
Development, Cabletron, Chipcom, Compaq, Digital Equipment Corp., Folio,
Hewlett-Packard, Intel, IBM, Lotus, Madge Networks, Microsoft, Novell,
Proteon, Quarterdeck, SMC, SynOptics, Thomas-Conrad, Xircom, Wellfleet
Communications and WordPerfect.

In addition to the Tutorials, the Blenheim show will also feature the most
comprehensive seminar program ever, with nine seminar tracks featuring 85
planned sessions covering topics such as interoperability, applications,
network management and enterprise-wide networking

BBI is part of Blenheim Group PLC, a worldwide producer of conferences and
exhibitions with more than 250 events, including more than 250 information
technology (I.T.) events.

Blenheim also produces other trade events serving business users of
computer technology, including PC EXPO in New York, PC EXPO in Chicago,
and UNIX EXPO, along with European Networks shows in France, Germany,
England, Sweden and Denmark.
