BUBSY BOBCAT INKS DEAL WITH NEW AGENT, IMAGINATION FACTORY, INC.

SAN JOSE, CA -- JUNE 30, 1993--Accolade, a leading, worldwide developer and
publisher of videogames and computer entertainment software, has announced
that it has reached an agreement with Burbank, CA based Imagination
Factory, Inc. as the exclusive merchandising and licensing agent for
"Bubsy Bobcat." Under the terms of the agreement, the sensational new star
of the hit videogame "Bubsy in: Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind," will
be represented worldwide by Imagination Factory. "Bubsy Bobcat" recently
made his licensing and merchandising debut at the 1993 Licensing Expo in
New York.

"Bubsy is a bobcat with a big personality, a big attitude and soon, a big
following," said Charlotte Taylor Skeel, Director of Licensing at
Accolade. "From the moment we introduced Bubsy at the Consumer Electronics
Show in January of this year, we were besieged with inquiries from
prospective licensees both here and abroad. It was evident right from the
start that Bubsy would require special handling." Skeel added, "The
Imagination Factory's Stanford Blum proved very early on that he was the
best equipped to manage such an important new character."

According to Blum, "Bubsy Bobcat" is the best character I have seen in
years. He's bold, he's cocky and he's extremely funny. He appeals to both
children and adults alike. Knowing that will be the next decade's 'toon'
star, I pursued the rights to make Bubsy the next major star in the market
place."

Blum, President of Imagination Factory, Inc. is responsible for some of the
licensing industry's most successful merchandised properties, including
campaigns for the original motion pictures "Star Wars" and "Rocky". He has
also represented such properties as "Babar the Elephant", the 1980 and
1984 Summer Olympics, the "Rolling Stones" and the "BeeGees." In addition
to "Bubsy Bobcat," The Imagination Factory currently represents "Zorro",
Wieder Health & Fitness Corp. and "Bad Baby."

Among the first endeavors Imagination Factory has arranged for "Bubsy
Bobcat" is an animated television special slated to air over the
Thanksgiving Weekend in 1993 during the "Kid's Day Off" block, a
syndication package by Bohbot Communications, Inc. The special, entitled
"What Could Possibly Go Wrong?", is a combination of classic slapstick
animation and utilizes various animation techniques, as well as live
action. This special, a pilot episode for a potential animated series, is
being created and produced by Accolade, Imagination Factory, and Calico
Entertainment.
