DISABILITIES ACT VIDEO COULD AVOID LAWSUITS

Minneapolis, Mn. -- A video cassette, which could prevent costly lawsuits
from the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), has been released here by
a major publisher of business materials.

'Business Compliance With the ADA' is a 60-minute video designed to help
business comply with the strict guidelines of the ADA and could save
thousands of dollars from a costly lawsuit" according to Max Fallek,
President of the American Institute of Small Business (AISB). "The ADA
will be as important in the next few years for setting standards in the
work environment of the 90's as sexual harassment and age discrimination
issues were for the 80's" Fallek said.

"Business needs to know what and what not to ask in job interviews and on
their employment applications, what facilities and work conditions are
required," he said. "Our video explains interview/placement skills,
employment conditions and required facilities - things like construction
of ramps, entrances and exits, work area lighting, special equipment,
signage, break area access and rest room hardware."

"Furthermore, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission expects a 20%
caseload increase in the next few years from non-compliance lawsuits
totaling millions of dollars. Cost of the video is $69.95, which is less
than the cost of one hour of legal fees defending a lawsuit," Fallek
said.

AISB is a publisher of books, manuals, computer software and videos for
businesses, high schools, colleges and libraries as well as management
materials for business.
