Digital Vision Announces TelevEyes/Pro Computer to TV Converter

Record your computer displays to your VCR, add titles to your home movies,
or simply use your television as a monitor. The new TelevEyes/Pro gives
you the highest quality video and the best features at an affordable
price.

Digital Vision is now offering a two tier approach to converting computer
video into NTSC video. Many of you are now familiar with the lower tier,
TelevEyes, our low-cost computer to TV converter that uses a combination
of software and hardware to convert the video. TelevEyes is a great value
since it produces a good quality video signal for the very low price of
$299.95. There are certain trade-offs in compatibility with TelevEyes,
however. Until now, there was no way to get NTSC video from all brands of
Macintosh and VGA display cards.

TelevEyes/Pro is Digital Vision's $799.95 upper tier approach to video
conversion. TelevEyes/Pro, Digital Vision's new computer to TV video scan
converter, converts virtually any computer analog video to clean, stable,
flicker-free composite or S-video. There is no software involved in using
TelevEyes/Pro. TelevEyes/Pro will work on virtually ANY VGA or Macintosh
display, for example. In fact, the same module works with both the IBM PC
and Macintosh to give you high-quality flicker-free output to video tape,
large screen TV monitors, or video projectors.

Like TelevEyes, TelevEyes/Pro is a great teaching tool. Since it's perfect
for notebook computers (either Macintosh PowerBooks or PC compatibles) you
can use it to make sales presentations from your laptop to a large screen.
Use TelevEyes/Pro for training or classroom situations, where computer
output needs to be shown on a large screen. Cable TV stations can use it
for a low-cost, computerized video bulletin board.

Best of all, TelevEyes/Pro includes a genlock feature that allows the
mixing of computer output and composite video. Use this feature for
titling your home videos like a professional. Combined with a computer
animation, you can create a "Roger Rabbit" effect by mixing animations and
real, live video.

Features of TelevEyes/Pro include:

* Your choice of four flicker filter Options for better
  video quality
* Genlock/Overlay for incorporating computer graphics into
  your movies
* The same module works on both the Macintosh and the IBM PC,
sensing video with resolution up to 800 by 600 pixels
* On-screen programming (like a VCR) allows you to easily change
flicker filters, overscan/underscan, centering, and much more.
