Industry's Premier Midwest Computer Show

International, Inc., will deliver the keynote address which opens the
Midwest's premier computer trade show and conference, the Eighth Annual PC
EXPO in Chicago, October 19-21, at McCormick Place East in Chicago, IL.
Mr. Kahn will present his outlook of "Client/Server Computing -- A Desktop
Perspective," in his speech.

Mr. Kahn will discuss why desktop developers and object-oriented technology
are the keys to taking client/server computing to the next level. Mr. Kahn
will challenge developers to use powerful desktop tools based on an object
component architecture to create a new generation of applications that
extend the benefits of client/server computing to the masses.

The keynote will take place at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, October 19, in McCormick
Place East. The exhibit hours are: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. daily.

"The 1990s will show a trend toward more client/server computing, and PC
EXPO in Chicago is the ideal forum in which to discuss this emerging
computer application. Through the keynote and seminars, attendees can
learn more about products and services surfacing in the future," said Mr.
Kahn.

Peter Brunold, show manager for PC EXPO in Chicago, added, "The keynote
speech by Borland's chairman emphasizes the theme of the show -- corporate
computing solutions."
