AT&T FEDERAL SYSTEMS AWARDS $1 MILLION TREASURY CONTRACT TO PIXELINK FOR
DOCUMENT IMAGING DISPLAYS

February 22, 1993 -- HUDSON, Mass. -- Pixelink Corporation today announced
that it has won a $1 million contract from AT&T's NCR Federal Systems
division in Oakton, Va., to supply document imaging display monitors. AT&T
will integrate and install these monitors as the desktop display component
of networked workstations in the offices of the Internal Revenue Service,
and at other U.S. Department of the Treasury locations nationwide. The
contract falls under provisions of the Treasury Multiuser Acquisition
Contract, or TMAC--the largest single equipment contract ever awarded by
the federal government won by AT&T's NCR Federal Systems in June 1992.

John Stevens, AT&T's NCR Federal Systems Project Manager, explained that
his company chose Pixelink "because they're field-proven experts at
planning and integrating displays for document imaging systems. They
specified just what high-definition monitors would be needed for the IRS
document imaging tasks, and we were glad for their guidance."

This order is the first in a series of TMAC-driven AT&T sales for
Pixelink--an 8-year-old privately-held small business headquartered in
Hudson, Mass. that provides high-performance display systems to OEMs,
system integrators and corporate users throughout North America. Pixelink
specializes in integrating grayscale and color monitors with video
controllers, to deliver high-resolution document imaging systems that meet
challenging customer requirements in government, business, science,
engineering, medical, and graphic arts applications.

The TMAC contract is a sweeping effort by Treasury and the IRS to modernize
their computer information systems, and to share information between
departments more efficiently via open, networked multiuser systems.

The TMAC agreement enables AT&T to offer Treasury Department information
system managers and users a shopping list of workstations, software,
printers, and network equipment-- plus expert system integration and
support designed to streamline the IRS' records-keeping and response to
taxpayers' requests.

NCR, an AT&T subsidiary company, develops, manufactures, markets, supports
and services enterprise-wide information systems for worldwide markets.
AT&T's NCR Federal Systems services U.S. government clients nationwide.
