CASIO INTRODUCES "LOW COST" B.O.S.S. THAT'S PC LINKABLE AT CES
NEW SF-4600 PRICED AT $109.95 SUGGESTED RETAIL

LAS VEGAS, Nev., Jan. 7--Casio, Inc., of Dover, N.J., today introduced a
low cost B.O.S.S. (Business Organizer Scheduling System) that is PC
linkable at the Winter Consumer Electronics Show (CES) that opened here
today. It will retail at the suggested price of $109.95 and will be
available in February, 1993.

The SF-4600 has a unique function that includes world and home times which
are selectable with daily alarm. According to Bruce Mendel, Director of
Marketing of Casio's Personal Communications Division, "No matter where
you are, the SF-4600 keeps the time in your home city and shows it at the
touch of a button. The user can display the time from any one of 29 time
zones around the world."

The Casio SF-4600 features a large 64KB memory that can store approximately
2,800 phone numbers. In addition, it has a 16 character by four line
display with graphic icons, making data entry and retrieval easier than
ever before. The unit has a raised keyboard that is "finger friendly."

This latest B.O.S.S. has numerous other functions including: a telephone
directory that stores and alphabetizes thousands of names and numbers for
quick retrieval, a calendar that displays a full month at a time - up to
December, 2099; a schedule keeper that automatically sorts your
appointments for each day and displays them in chronological order; a
schedule alarm that reminds you of important appointments; a reminder
function with an audible alarm that reminds the user of daily, weekly or
yearly events like birthdays or paydays; and a memo area where you can
enter your memos, notes, lists and reminders.

Mr. Mendel said, "you can connect your SF-4600 B.O.S.S. to your computer
using Casio's optional computer link. The PC-Link Plus (FA-120) will let
you link your B.O.S.S. to your IBM PC-compatible computer to form a fully
integrated, up-to-date information network. You can also send data to and
from compatible organizers with the optional SB-60 transfer cable."

Casio, Inc., is the U.S. subsidiary of Casio Computer Co., Ltd., Tokyo,
Japan. Casio is a leading manufacturer of watches, electronic keyboards,
calculators, business organizers, hand-held televisions, music systems,
