COMPUEXPO '93 PROVES ITSELF AS YEAR-ROUND PARTNER FOR EMERGING TECHNOLOGY
PROVIDERS

Newark, Calif., Jan. 27, 1993 - UNSC Investment Group, Inc., organizers of
the global PC Trade Show, COMPUEXPO, today announced the commencement of
its second reseller-focused season. Successfully launched by their first
show in '92, COMPUEXPO organizers are hitting 1993 with a theme that will
reach computer industry resellers, VARs, manufacturers and technology
entrepreneurs with unmatched global, strategic partnering; Marketing Edge
& Technology Source - the twin business needs of competitive PC industry
companies.

"As COMPUEXPO continues to differentiate itself from oversized, ill-focused
trade shows, like Comdex, as a year-round, reseller and manufacturer
channel partner, the PC industry will see a change from the frenzied price
wars of today to a much smoother, global partnering environment for these
horizontal market players", said Allen Yu, CEO, UNSC.

The growing number of COMPUEXPO '93 exhibitors include industry leaders
IBM, Microsoft, Western Digital, TEAC America, Epson America, American
Megatrends, Dataswift, Eastcom, CompuAge, Visionetics, Microland,
Giga-Byte Technology, ACER America, and Sun Moon Star; all second time
exhibitors. Pavilions featuring new products, technologies and partners
will also offer resellers first hand contact with many Pacific Rim, South
American and European companies.

COMPUEXPO '93 is scheduled for September 9-11, 1993 at the Las Vegas
Convention Center. With over 100 COMPUEXPO '92 companies re-signed for
expanded floor space, the feel is "make room for new business". New,
emerging companies are following the leaders to get in on the more focused
environment that COMPUEXPO offers. "COMPUEXPO was more focused and
intimate than (other trade shows). The pace was more relaxed and it was
much easier to actually conduct business, n said Michael Ham, Regional
Sales Manager of American Megatrends, Inc. John Stilin, Manager OEM Sales
of Microsoft Corporation concluded, "We went to COMPUEXPO ('92) to talk to
OEMs and that's precisely who was at the show. "

Targeting attendees is a leading focus for COMPUEXPO organizers. The '92
attendance held true to the highly qualified market of PC OEMs, VARs,
system integrators and resellers targeted. Said June Lo, Executive VP of
UNSC, "Over 72% of COMPUEXPO '92 attendees were computer remarketers,
including 40% VAR/System Integrator, 20% Computer Retailer and 12% PC
products distributor or super/club store reseller! But, the really good
news is that over 77% of our attendees were decision makers with
purchasing authority, making COMPUEXPO truly a "trade show" and
partnership building event. "

Incorporated in September, 1991, UNSC Investment Group, Inc. was founded to
produce COMPUEXPO, a global PC trade show that serves as an international
sourcing partner. UNSC is committed to delivering the highest return on
