BRUNO BLENHEIM NETWORKING SHOWS TO BE PRODUCED UNDER THE NAME NETWORKS
EXPO(TM)

Fort Lee, NJ, December 18, 1992 - Bruno Blenheim Inc., announced today that
it will operate its networking trade shows under the name Networks
Expo(TM) in 1994 in Boston and Dallas. Ralph J. Ianuzzi, Sr., CEO,
explained that the shows previously had been called NetWorld(R), under
license from Novell, Inc.

Bruno Blenheim owns the shows, the venue contracts, the database of
attendees compiled over the years, as well as all of the good will
attached to those assets. The shows will continue to be produced in the
same locations and time frames they now occupy, Ianuzzi reported. The
decision to change to Networks Expo(TM) was made because the exclusive
license agreement with Novell to use the name expires after the Dallas
show in October 1993.

"Networks Expo(TM) captures the essence of the bigger picture in network
computing by maintaining the LAN market and facilitating the expansion and
migration of LAN applications toward the enterprise and global networking
marketplace," Ianuzzi said. "Networks Expo(TM) will continue its
leadership role in offering exhibitors and attendees alike the essential
marketplace for networking products and services.

"When we acquired the Dallas show in 1987, it had been held once in 1986 at
the Infomart as a NetWare-only event, attracting 87 exhibitors and just
under 2,500 attendees. In 1987, we nearly doubled the number of exhibitors
to 163 and almost tripled attendance to over 6,500, by opening the show to
all primary vendors in the networking business, regardless of whether or
not their products were compatible with NetWare," Ianuzzi reported.

"The launch of a second show in Boston in 1989, better enabled us to meet
the needs of a rapidly expanding networking universe. This year, the
biannual show attracted 860 exhibitors and 69,681 attendees in both
locations, a gratifying accomplishment for us all. We look forward to
continuing this fine record.

"Our shows have been produced, promoted and managed under the service mark,
NetWorld(R), through our own expertise and without a mandate to support
the marketing program of any one exhibitor," Ianuzzi said. "Our goal
always has been to produce shows for network computing that create and
assure an open marketplace for all exhibitors in the field who are
interested in reaching corporate buyers, system integrators and value
added resellers. We're not changing that. Networks Expo(TM) will be the
same shows with business as usual and continue our mission to showcase
network technology developments worldwide, embracing the entire enterprise
network and the applications beneficial to the business community."

Blenheim already has Europe's preeminent networking show under its brand
name Networks in Birmingham, England, and another in Stockholm, Sweden, as
well as the leading telecommunications show in France, Telecom Network.
This was a major factor in selecting the new name. "We are implementing an
international promotional campaign to apprise buyers and other attendees
of our name change," Ianuzzi said.

Bruno Blenheim is part of Blenheim Group, PLC, the world's largest trade
show producer with more than 250 events in America, Europe and the Far
East. In the United States, Blenheim also produces PC EXPO in New York and
Chicago, and UNIX EXPO, among its high-tech events.
