ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE - CUSTOMER LOYALTY ??

Scottsdale, AZ...November 13, 1992. Dr. David Stang, Director of Research
for the International Computer Security Association, Washington, DC,
expressed surprise when advised by Raymond M. Glath, President of RG
Software Systems, Inc., that the site license renewal rate for Vi-Spy is
over 95%.

Dr. Stang said, "I've talked to thousands of users of anti-virus products
over the last few years, and rarely find much brand loyalty. Users are
often disappointed with the product, the gap between performance and
vendor claims, and with customer support. Vi-Spy is a solid product and
worthy of customer loyalty."

Many of Vi-Spy's Site License customers are in their third contract year.
Most anti-virus products haven't been on the market long enough to have a
track record.

"Since Vi-Spy was released in 1989, we have experienced a renewal rate of
over 95% on site license contracts, and a renewal rate over 40% on
individual copy sales.", according to Mr. Glath.

A Fortune 50 customer who has a Vi-Spy Enterprise Site License for its
sites worldwide, including all of its wholly owned subsidiaries states:
"RG's efforts throughout the 2-1/2 years we have contracted their anti
virus software, has continuously been far above the norm, and far better
than I ever expected to gain."

The latest Version 10.0 of Vi-Spy Professional Edition, has received
Certification by the ICSA's Virus Research Center, which performs in-depth
anti-virus product evaluations. In testing

Vi-Spy's effectiveness in detecting computer viruses, Vi-Spy received a
perfect performance.

Vi-Spy also received a formal product review by the Communications Security
Establishment - Government of Canada, a Canadian agency parallel to the
U.S. National Security Agency. In the review, Vi-Spy successfully detected
and removed all viruses in the testing process. The review states, in
part, "The most important function of a virus detection utility is to
detect viruses before they enter a system and certainly before they are
executed. Vi-Spy excels in this area."

The affordable Vi-Spy Site License Program includes permission to allow an
employee assigned a licensed copy of Vi-Spy to make a copy for his home
and/or portable use; permission to allow contract service agencies to use
Vi-Spy to prevent infection of PC's during diagnostic services; unique
serial numbers for easy tracking of distribution; expert 24 hour hot-line
BBS and FAX support, and much more.

A single copy of Vi-Spy Professional Edition retails for $149.95, and
includes one year of free, quarterly updates, and full product support.
Vi-Spy runs on IBM PC's and compatible systems under PC/MS DOS 2.0-5.0,
and comes in dual (notchless) media.
