complete video training course for Windows 3.1. First shipments of the
three volume training package will go out on July 31,1992.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

personal training guides, three practice disks, three self-tests and three
disk licenses. Anderson Soft-Teach will also send a certificate of
completion to each person who successfully completes the self-test.

"We have completely redesigned this course and expanded it from two to
three volumes to cover the extensive features of Windows 3.1," says Warren
E. Anderson, President.

Dave Ferguson, Vice President of Product Development, states, "Customers
purchase Anderson Soft-Teach training courses because one buying decision
solves ALL of their training challenges: self-study, classroom training,
field office training, and refresher training."

The complete Windows 3.1 training course will be sold for $995. Topics
covered in Volume One include Exploring and Communicating with Windows and
Working with Multiple Windows and Applications. Volume Two provides
instruction on the File Manager, including Managing Files, Directories and
Diskettes. Finally, in Volume Three you will learn how to use Object
Linking and Embedding, Desktop Accessories, and Program Groups. Detailed
course outlines can be obtained directly from Anderson Soft-Teach.

The company offers a unique "version insurance" program for users who are
upgrading from Anderson Soft Teach's Windows 3.0 courseware to Windows 3.1
courseware.

STAGGERING TRAINING DEMAND DUE TO FREQUENT UPGRADES

In the 1992 Survey of Personal Computing in Corporate America conducted by
Anderson Soft-Teach, over 56% of training professionals surveyed indicated
that they do not have enough resources to meet their organization's demand
for training. One of the biggest obstacles given was the large number of
software topics to support.

More and more corporate classroom trainers are turning to Anderson
Soft-Teach courseware to meet their needs for timely, cost-effective, high
quality classes. A major benefit cited is the ease of use of the Anderson
SoftTeach training package. The videos, which can either stand-alone or
supplement class lectures, save trainers hours of lecture prep and
delivery time. The Student Workbooks serve as the complete course
curriculum, freeing trainers from the time-sensitive pressures of writing
their own courses and doing constant rewrites due to new versions.

Anderson Soft-Teach courseware is also becoming a cost-effective
alternative to outsourcing PC training, resulting in significant savings.
Customers have gained efficiencies by keeping training in-house, making
their own decisions on course topics, and dictating their own training
schedules. They find implementation easy because Anderson Soft-Teach
provides everything from the lecture to the post-test. For classroom use,
the only thing the customer needs to supply is an instructor or
facilitator to oversee the class.

Bill Firing, Project Coordinator at Swissair says, "We are getting better
classroom training for less money than if we were to go outside."

Hewlett Packard Learning Products Developer Dorothy Reinke states, "The
quality of your classroom material is excellent."

CUSTOMER DEMAND CATALYZES NEW FEATURE

To meet growing customer demand, Anderson Soft-Teach also announces an
enhancement to its Personal Training Guides. In the Windows 3.1 course,
students are provided with extra exercises at the end of each lesson to
increase learning effectiveness. The extra exercises reinforce skill
development and result in increased retention.
