of its SalesLink for Windows sales force automation software,
incorporating an enhanced personal information management (PIM) module
that includes "agent" capability to automate various tasks, and compliance
with Microsoft Windows for Pen Computing to recognize stylus data-entry
including printing and stylus gestures.

SalesLink for Windows automatically enables users to create customized
sales process reports through Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) links to sales
call information stored in the PIM module. The system also facilitates the
easy flow of information between field users and their managers, who can
aggregate and analyze field users' call reports, sales forecasts and
Competitive Action Analysis reports through a customized companion
product, SalesLink for Windows/Manager's Edition.

Using the agent capability requires defining event triggers and actions.
Once defined, the agent can sound an alarm, display a message, launch

agent can be defined to print a report of all appointments at a specified
time every day. Or when the user opens a prospect detail screen, an agent
can launch a word processor and display a list of letters to the prospect.
Or, an agent can alert the user a week before any scheduled presentation
to allow sufficient preparation time. The applications are almost
limitless.

SalesLink for Windows provides the agent and pen-computing capabilities by
including a customized version of Commence, a full-featured, Windows-based
PIM introduced recently by Jensen-Jones, Red Bank, NJ.

SalesLink for Windows is priced at $895 per user, plus customizing fees
that vary depending on user requirements. Volume discounts and site
license pricing are available.
