- FOSSCOMM.DOC is a file which is the file containing the 'manual' for the 
FossComm program. It's suited for QuickSoft's PC-Write print program, PR.EXE, 
and can be printed. FOSSCOMM.TXT is basically the same version but does not
contain any formatting characters and is a 'plain vanilla' ASCII file.

- FOSSCOMM.OBJ is the binary object file to be linked with your program after 
compilation. Refer to the documentation how to do this.
