This is the Checkbook manager and Bill manager software from
AnyWare Consulting.  Create a directory and unzip all of the
files into it.  Be sure it is your windows path.  Then run the
programs.  HELP is available from that point.

CHKPRT.EXE	- A check printing program
CHKHND.EXE	- A check writing program
CHKBOOK.EXE	- A checkbook management program
TOBEPAID.EXE	- A bill manager/minder program
DISBURSE.EXE	- A bill disbursal program
