as soon as you decided for some items to order, just let us know about via e-mail, fax, phone or snail-mail. you can reach us as followed - e-mail or fax orders are easier to handle, snail-orders are prefered by sending cash/cheque and orders via phone can help answering possible open questions or solve any order problems directly.

as long as all articles you ordered are on stock, they will be delivered immediately via surface mail. we use save, padded envelopes so that the stuff arrives you in the same quality as it left here. the delivery costs are very fair - for delivery inside germany we charge only 4.- DM / order - for international orders we charge the lump-sum of 8.- DM or 5 US$ - no matter how much and where to send anywhere in the world. the only exception from these extremely fair shipping costs are the bmx bikes we sell as well. ask for their delivery costs seperately ´cause they differ from country to country!

for many persons, payment is the
most difficult part of the order - thats why we offer a wide
selection of payment methods to choose between - to make orders
easier and more comfortable for our customers. german
dudes can choose between those ways of payment (all ways are
basicly secure - only cash money can be a bit risky):
cash / cheque money sent in an envelope (well hidden is recommended)
via money transfer (offene rechnung für stammkunden )
via nachnahme ( + 3,50 DM )
via credit card ( amex / diners / visa )
orders from the rest of the globe
can be payed as followed (credit card payment is the easiest and
most secure way here) - by the way: cash money can be only
accepted in DM or US$ (like listed in the price list):
cash money (very common for foreign orders but might be a bit rishy if the money is hidden well enough)
ec-cheque payable to "christian dörschner" only drawn in german currency (DM)
money transfer in advance (we will let you know our account datas if you´ve choosen this way)
we offer C.O.D. (cash on delivery) payment to most west- and north-european countries - it´s easy: you just pay the total amount to your postman - sadly we have to charge 16.- DM / 9 US$ additionally to cover our additional postage and bank fees - we can support this payment method only to these countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Island, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Tunesia
credit card ( american express / diners club / visa ) - just let us know your "cardmember account number", the "validity date" and possibly the "cardmember name" (if it differs from your own)
