   TUSCON was founded in  October 1995  by members of some local groups  in
   Berlin. But why?
   All Berlin coders were scattered in many different groups. One coder per
   group can't code intros or demos.  The gfx-artists had nothing to do, in
   such small groups,  because a picture - slideshow is not enough to win a
   democompo.  The musicans release many modules,  but nobody can listen to
   all of them and thats the reason,  that many people doesn't noticed  the
   talents of the musicans.
   We formed TUSCON as a connection between coders, gfxartists and sounders
   and our  goal is to finish some cool intros & demos,  so that all people
   can see that Berlin has definitly a demo-scene, NOW.
   Some other  projects are coding  BBS-tools for demo oriented boards  and
   releasing other scene related software.
