(HMPF!) First of all Pussyrider, Robin, Lord Beavis and Capella are the formers of ^ESC. All of them were together in the C64 scene ages ago. These four Guys went over to the PC at a time as the C64 scene starts to die. In September '93 ESCAPE was found by those four dudes, at that time Capella became the main-organizer of ^ESC. Robin starts a BBS in his hometown which became wellknown after a short time, Pussyrider and Capella came together to continue their wellknown C64-magazine Genetic Dreams on PC. Later on Alek and Radical joined them to increase the power of ^ESC. Then Active, Achmed and Kermit find their way into the group. Kermit was the one who forced Renegade to join too, with some help of Capella. During this period Alek had to leave ^ESC coz of lazyness. So the one and only fulltime graphican was lost. Honza was the 5th coder who joined ^ESC, some weeks later Ford Prefect joined as a PPE-coder and Sysop. June'95 Underexposure joined as 2nd PPE-coder. JulY'95 Underexposure left ^ESC .... August'95 Renegade renamed to Electron. Electronic Picture joined Escape in August'95 as graphican. Dize joined Escape in August'95 as ANSI-artist October'95 - Grim Reaper joined as Genetic Dreams Co-Editor and Co-Sysop of THE SEVEN GATES-BBS. Roofs of Fear becames Dutch-HQ of Escape. October'95 - Lord Beavis starts with his board TALES OF INFINITY, Co-Sysop is Dize. TALES OF INFINITY is Dutch-memberboard of Escape. November'95 - Electron stops his computer-activities and left Escape. November'95 - also Kermit stops his computer-activities to have more sparetime. November'95 - Electronic Picture renamed to Digital Image December'95 -January'96 internal reorganisation of Escape.... 30th January'96 - Dead Kennedy joined Escape as Graphican and ANSI-artist February'96 - Achmed left Escape and joined Traxx...
