 Ways of getting high that are legal ,untraceable and cheap.
 This is a txt i wrote a while back... when i was still in my
 'experimenting fase'.

 Getting high is not always that simple. Especially when you've
 got a urine-test coming on. Or if you're broke and decided not
 to rip your parents again. Just try this neat trick.
 This is a way of getting high cheap and untraceable. The only
 problem is that it tastes like hell;) (you may wanna puke while
 doing this).

 What you need:

  - A can of coca cola. (33cl)
  - A sort of nuts, i don't know the translation in english, but in
    dutch its called "muskaat". anywayz, you can get that nut in about
    any grocery store near you;)
    That's all, talk about a cheap way, huh!

 Now, take one nut (not more; overdose is not adviseable), and make
 powder from it (grating/rasping?). Then pour the the coke in a glass and
 mix the powder of the nut with it. This might be difficult since the
 powder may not mix very well. I advise you to slowly add a small bit and
 only add somemore when the rest is mixed...

 Now comes the hardest part, i've tried this bfore so i know what i'm
 talking about: 'drinking it'. You may not succeed in drinking it in one
 time, cause it tastes _incrediby_ aweful. But its important that you drink
 the stuff QUICKLY and COMPLETELY.

 So now you wait for four hours and then you'll feel gettin' high slowly
 (but firmly). But don't be fooled at first: you can get seriously high with
 this stuff! It's not comparable with weed or shit. It's something different
 and pretty nice;)

 But be warned: don't use this regularly (meaning twice a day or so), because
 like the old saying goes: too much is too much.

 PS: when doing this keep theze in mind:
  - begin in advance cause it takes 4 hours to start working. i think its best
    to drink it after/with your dinner at about 6 o'clock.. then you can have
    a nice night;)
  - it tastes AWEFUL
  - Suggestions and new idea's/tricks/trips are always welcome.

 PPS: The nut Muskaat is one of the ingredients of XTC...
