Greetings. 

     Well, here it is. Beyond the Horizon issue #4. It's chock full of some
great content, as well as awesome coding and graphics. A few things before 
you load it up:

   1) It SHOULD run on most computers, down to 386 (without sound) 486 and
      up should run good with sound, et al...
   2) We have included a voting booth in this issue. We encourage you to 
      please vote, and send your ballet to one of our many email addresses
      or board locations.
   3) Due to the size of the Sound Blaster drivers, users of that family of
      sound cards and compatible cards must use Expanded Memory (EMS) when
      running bth4. Editor's Recommendation: Get a Gravis Ultrasound :)
   4) in order to assure proper initialization of the magazine, be sure 
      pkunzip.exe is somewhere in your path.
   5) If you have any problems with the mag, please write to shivan@acid.org
      and explain the nature of your problem in full, along with a short
      description of your hardware.
