just replace the old ctstoast.exe by the new one and
unpack ctststms.zip to get ctstoast.xm.

the internal unzip routines seemed to be the problem.
it did not crash anymore when i removed them and pmodew worked, too.

now i'm happy again :)

(i must have been quite tired yesterday, and could not do any testing
or thinking about bugs..)
